Yiorgos will be in Greece inspecting new growth in the olive groves with his father Theofanis Tagaras a.k.a. our “CEO”. He will also be working with some new wineries in preparation for our next shipment.

We spent a rainy Saturday afternoon pouring samples of Tagaras Manaki Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil at the Cheese Store of Pasadena. We had a great time introducing new fans to our oil and sharing our story.
